*Wee YogaKids: Yoga for You and Me and Preschool Storytime Yoga run together to build success for you and your child.  The first 4 weeks are an adult and child yoga class where we introduce you and your child to fun yoga poses and techniques for you to use on and off the mat.  The 5-week Preschool Storytime Yoga class continues to build confidence by giving the child an opportunity to be in a yoga class independent of their caregiver.  As always, however, adults are welcome to participate, stay in the classroom or take a break in the waiting area, whatever feels safest to you and your child.  Classes can be taken together or independently of each other.
